Its Main Body Is Made Of High-strength Ductile Iron Or 45 Steel, And After Quenching Treatment, The Tooth Surface Hardness Reaches HRC50 Or Above, With Strong Wear Resistance And High Meshing Accuracy, Ensuring Smooth Transmission Without Jamming. The Length Of The Rack Can Be Customized According To The Travel Of The Window Sash (usually 1-3 Meters), And The Gear Module Is Mostly 2-4mm, Suitable For Different Load Requirements.

During Installation, The Rack Is Fixed To The Window Frame, And The Gear Is Connected To The Drive Shaft.
